The www.polishanglers.com website and forum was created for a number of reasons.

To begin with there was no current resources for Polish anglers in the UK with information in their own language. Talking to other Polish anglers on  the river bank or at work made me realise that many of them struggle with English and finding information on their hobby.

The website is intended to integrate Polish anglers scattered around the UK and provide them with relevant information on UK fishing rules, regulations and cultural practice in their own language.

We hope that this website will also help to integrate Polish and British anglers and change the bad reputation of Polish anglers earned by the actions of a few.

The website will be a communication medium between fishery authorities, clubs and Polish anglers and we will be happy to place any relevant information on our website.

We have also realised that British anglers know very little about Poland as a country where fishing can be good and is very popular sport. We would like to open up Poland as a fishing destination to British anglers.
